How does it work?

A comprehensive one-month training plan downloadable to your device. The Performance Program requires minimal equipment and can be performed in the gym or on the pitch. Extensive exercise descriptions, high-quality photos and informative videos help guide you through your session and enable you to perform every exercise to the very best of your ability. Exercise progressions guide you through the month and provide a progressive overload to which your body can adapt. Minimal equipment, minimal time, maximum improvement.
